Fishcakes

These  traditional fish cakes come from an old family  recipe and are made  with local Maris Piper Potatoes, grown  by a local family  friend  who farms Bloomfield’s farm in Findochty, the potatoes  are hand  pealed  and cut before cooking  with a little sea-salt.

We take great care and pride in the making of these fishcakes, as did James Taylor in growing these famous local potatoes.
